RIDING THE WAVES
FREEDOM - Finding the freedom within you by embracing the highs & lows of life. Expanding the ability to get into a natural flow by trusting your intuition and merging easily into your rhythm with your authentic self. Also dancing more lightly outside of any matrix or belief system by having the financial, mental & spiritual freedom. Freedom means that you don't have to do it like all the others - so be wild, free & surf the waves!

JOY - Having fun with the ebb and flood means using them as a playground. Exploring the own humor, sprinkling joy & happiness into the world in order to connect with like-minded while becoming aware of the unstoppable motion of the slowly changing (sea)level and the big changes which arises through living in the moment and being alive. Be cheeky, wild and wonderful!

DEEP CONNECTION - By being in a creative state and in the vibes of love for yourself, your passion and precious souls you will automatically create depth and take the responsibility for true and vulnerable connection with unmasked honesty which will anchor you more than any physical place on that planet. As someone who was raised by great human beings who were deeply connected to the sea a.o. through the navy and never knew how an anchored feeling in one place felt like - was gifted by habits of constantly moving like a nomad and getting used to the rhythm of the ebb and flow.
From the feelings of being lost, not finding the freedom I'm longing for and being a lonely dolphine in the middle of the endless sea to the highs of adventures, the magic of life and the joy of being courageous.
These are a.o. four values which I strive to embody and to honor with my relationship to self and the work I put out in the world.

In general I gave up regretting but of course there are moments existing where I wished I'd the chance to start surfing and sailing in my early years and having more courage to feel what's right for my soul instead of putting too much effort into what's right for others but leaving myself behind. Today I know: IT WAS ALL FOR ME IN THE RIGHT AMOUNT. THE ALIGNED TIME AND IT MADE ME TO WHO I AM TODAY. THAT'S WHY I CAN HELP OTHERS NOW AND LIVE A LIFE OF FREEDOM I NEVER EXPECTED THAT IT WAS POSSIBLE.
