• Can I return my print?

  All fine art prints are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. Returns are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

• My print arrived damaged — what now?

  Although every order is packaged with extreme care, damage during transit can occasionally occur. Please report any damage immediately upon receipt by emailing info@soultripfreedom.com.

  Include a short description of the damage along with clear photographs so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

• Do you ship worldwide?

  Yes — worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs are calculated individually per destination country at checkout.

  Please note: customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country and are not included in the print price. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

• What sizes and editions are available?

  Iris's fine art print collection is offered in 3 different sizes, each as a limited edition. Prints are available both as loose prints and framed versions.

  If a specific size or edition is no longer listed, it may still be possible to fulfil your request. Contact us at info@soultripfreedom.com with your wish — we will check whether a remaining edition can still be printed and/or framed for you.

• What frames are available?

  Framed editions come in 2 premium wooden frames, available in two finishes:

  • Oak
  • Black

  Both options are crafted from high-quality wood to complement the fine art aesthetic of each piece.

• What paper is used for printing?

  All pieces in the collection are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag — Iris's personal favourite paper for fine art printing.

  This exceptional paper features a matte finish with a smooth yet subtly textured surface and slightly muted blacks — perfectly reflecting the stylised post-processing of her imagery.

• Does my print come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

  Yes. Each print carries a printed signature and edition number directly on the image itself. Every order also includes a Certificate of Authenticity, stating the title, edition number, and print size of your piece — an important document for collectors that confirms the provenance and value of your artwork.

• Who prints and ships my order?

  All prints are produced and fulfilled by theprintspace — Europe's leading professional fine art print studio for artists and photographers. Once an order is placed, they handle everything: printing, packaging, and worldwide shipping directly to you.

• How is my order packaged and shipped?

  All orders are dispatched directly from the theprintspace print studio, packaged with exceptional care to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. Both loose prints and framed editions are professionally secured for transit.
